Please cancel appointments 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Office Hours
Monday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Physical Therapy Hours
Monday – Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Prescriptions
If you need a prescription refill, please contact your pharmacy directly as Orthopedic Associates is an e-prescribing office.
If you require a change in medication or have other questions regarding your medication, please call the office during regular hours of operation so that our nursing staff may assist you. Prescriptions are not supplied after-hours.
