Patient Instructions for Medical Record Requests
We have partnered with HealthMark Group, a trusted provider that helps practices like ours manage the release of medical records. This partnership allows us to streamline the process and ensure you receive your records faster and more efficiently.
How do I request my medical records?
Once you enter your email, you’ll receive an email with HealthMark to log in (no username or password required!). Click on the “submit request” button and follow the prompts from there. You’ll receive an email as soon as your records are available for download.
Do I have to remember my login?
Not at all. HealthMark’s Request Manager uses secure email verification and unique access links, so you can get your records quickly and safely—without having to keep track of a new username or password.
How fast will my request be completed?
Most requests are handled within 8 business hours. This means that usually within a day or two of submitting your request, your records will be electronically delivered straight to your inbox.
